The Caterers Linen Supply are the UK's Most Environmentally Friendly Laundry! We are pleased and proud to announce that our sister company had it's grand opening on 2nd February 2010! Many customers and people from the industry attended a great day where Bob Cotton, Chief Executive of the British Hospitality Association, kindly did the honours and cut the ribbon for us!
Sustainability is something that The London Linen Group feel very strongly about and The Caterers Linen Supply is the blueprint for the future of the entire group. We have invested over £3.5 million in the project and many measures have been put in place to ensure that the factory and the service we supply is as environmentally friendly as possible.
The laundry is steamless - the only one in the UK of its kind - so there is a huge energy saving in addition to a vast reduction in the amounts of water, packaging, plastic and gas used.
